We are not responsible for typographical errors. Please contact us if unsure about product information.
Shipping and Handling charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. We charge according to national / International rates from the major carriers.
Return Policy-
Please inquire if your item qualifies for return. Credit within 10 days (except special orders)
Items that need to be exchanged or returned for credit within 10 days has to have original receipt
Special order merchandise is NON-RETURNABLE; NON-CANCELABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE, special orders are made to your special parameters and cannot be accepted for return.
All merchandise returned for credit or exchanged will have to pay for shipping and handling chargers.
All merchandise returned for credit must have proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging otherwise the credit will not be issued.
All merchandise must not be altered in any way, this also includes sizing of the ring, missing tags and physical wear.
Shipping Policy-
All our orders are shipped by FedEx or UPS the items are fully insured for security purposes. We will not deliver without recipient signature. Please make sure there is an authorized signer avaible to sign for your package on scheduled delivery date.
We will charge a fee of $10 to reroute to our carries.
Any merchandise exchanged or returned for credit within 10 days will occur shipping and handling charges due to customers own expense.
